Pre-construction
We know what an impact pre-emptive planning can have on the final outcome. During pre-construction, we not only work on outlining the project’s cost and schedule, but we also identify and actively plan for construction issues that may place the budget and schedule at risk.
Construction Management

Post Construction
Our commitment to a project doesn’t end when we lay the last brick. From the start of construction, our database keeps track of all items required to finalize the project, such as warranties, final lien releases, as-built drawings, and extra stock materials, and compiles a close-out checklist.
We see to site cleanup and preparation and obtain final required government agency inspections, then forward copies of signed acceptance forms to the owner. Our job isn’t finished until every loose end is tied up.
